Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing

This executive order dismantles any diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) and environmental justice programs and policies within the federal government. It also requires every agency, department, or commission head to provide a list of all DEIA and environmental justice positions to the Director of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

The President will establish monthly meetings where he will be advised on future civil-rights policies for the executive branch, and to monitor the progress of removing all DEIA programs from the federal government.

Agencies will also be required to provide lists of federal contractors who have provided DEIA training or training materials and federal grantees who recieved funds for DEIA programs since Jan. 20, 2021
